You review the draft, print it on e-stamp paper, sign with two witnesses, and upload the signed copy back into KARVM for safekeeping.
KARVM drafts legal notices — for rent default, nuisance, property damage, or termination — grounded in the relevant Indian tenancy law, with citations checked. Every notice is a draft for your review: nothing is filed or sent automatically. For court proceedings, we recommend having an advocate review the final text, which the structured draft makes fast and inexpensive.
Enter a meter reading and KARVM calculates the unit's consumption at your configured per-unit rate, then adds the itemised charge to that month's ledger. Tenant-facing utility breakdowns are part of the portal rollout.

KARVM uses database row-level security to isolate landlord records and masks Aadhaar numbers throughout the application. When a user supplies a full Aadhaar number for a legal document, it is stored in the encrypted data layer and revealed only in the generated document. KARVM is building its privacy controls around India's DPDP framework; this is a product-design goal, not a compliance certification.
